Lead the design, development, and launch of compliance training programs
Ensure instructional quality, learner engagement, accessibility, and consistency across all training materials
Own end-to-end implementation activities, including training launch, learner assignment, tracking, auditing, and reporting through LMS and related tools
Act as team leader for the Compliance Training function, providing day-to-day guidance, coaching, and support
Partner with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and business stakeholders to understand regulatory requirements and training needs
Respond to regulatory or audit requests related to training programs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Business, or a related field
7–10 years of experience in instructional design or compliance training
Strong expertise in instructional design
Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline, Articulate Studio, Adobe Captivate, and LMS platforms
Solid understanding of compliance training, regulatory expectations, and audit requirements
Strong project and implementation management skills
Proven ability to lead, coach, and support team members
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment
High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and accountability.
