Provide legal and administrative support to the litigation team
Maintain comprehensive tracker of all litigation matters
Handle small legal claims that may have been escalated to Legal;
Assist with requests from third parties, including requests for information;
Assist with reporting of litigations to internal stakeholders
Assist the team with onboarding external counsels (drafting letters of engagements, managing costs and budgeting of matters, reviewing bills etc.)
Support on various aspects of litigation cases, including discovery and data production, preparing witness evidence and liaising with external counsels
Lead and/or support wider projects for the litigation team to improve team efficiency
Requirements
Minimum of a Law Bachelor's degree or an equivalent legal qualification required, in a common law jurisdiction (preference for England & Wales, but other common law jurisdictions will be considered)
Previous experience in legal role highly desirable
Strong attention to detail and a need for rigor and reliability
Proactive and a self-starter. Must be able to move with agility in a fast-paced and fast-evolving environment
A high level of autonomy is required for the role. Proven experience in handling your own workload will be preferred.
Hands-on and capable of independently managing multiple projects as necessary
