Support the finance department in analyzing company data and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Prepare reports and perform budget vs. actual comparisons
Participate in budget planning and forecasting
Support monthly and annual financial closings
Optimize processes related to controlling tools
Work with modern systems
Establish project controlling
Collaborate with various departments, especially Accounting
Conduct ad-hoc analyses and special projects
Take responsibility for implementing Power BI–based reporting

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (ideally with a focus on Controlling, Finance, or Accounting)
Some initial experience in controlling, finance, or accounting
Proficient in MS Office
Ideally, initial exposure to tools such as Power BI, Business Central, or LucaNet
Some experience in automating reporting and processes
IT affinity and openness to new technologies
Confident communication in German (C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
