Promote Allianz products and services to Registered Reps within Arkansas & Oklahoma
Achieve territory sales target and market share as established by your District Director
Meet/exceed all producer goals with a focus on: Producer retention, Maintain production level of 500k+ producers from previous year, New producers/MIA winbacks
Utilize resources and integrate best practices
Conduct and log weekly activity numbers into Salesforce
Remain in compliance with ALFS policies and procedures
Execute plan to successfully partner with Internal Retirement Consultant
Ensure proper territory segmentation
Develop a deep expertise on Allianz product suite
Create a multi-pronged non-product value proposition
Requirements
2-5 years of proven sales ability within the Financial Services industry
Current FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses
Current State Life/Annuity Insurance license
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Exceptional time management skills
Travel up to 80%
