Participate in hiring processes and ensure smooth onboarding for new team members, setting them up for success.
Act as a bridge between Sales Business Analysts and senior management, communicating team progress, challenges, and key insights.
Work closely with senior sales leaders to understand their priorities, provide actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making.
Partner with marketing, finance, sales technology and product teams to align sales strategies with broader company objectives.
Ensure all analytics and reporting efforts align with the organization’s as well as region’s overall business and sales strategies.
Analyze sales data to identify performance trends and opportunities for improvement.
Deliver accurate sales forecasts by analysing historical data and market trends, aiding resource allocation and strategic planning.
Requirements
Bachelors degree required, Masters or advanced degree a plus
6+ years of progressive business experience, preferably in a sales operations or business operations function
2+ years of leadership experience or desire to begin people manager responsibilities
Skilled in analyzing complex sales data, identifying trends, generating actionable insights, and making data-driven decisions.
Experienced in managing and optimizing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy and effective sales tracking.
Project Management Skills: Competent in planning, executing, and overseeing multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery.
In-depth understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, with familiarity in various sales methodologies and strategies.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating across teams and presenting insights to stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
Proven capability to lead, train, and inspire the SBA team, including conflict resolution, team building, and performance management.
Proficient with sales tools and technologies, with the ability to implement and optimize tools to enhance efficiency.
Adept at identifying issues in the sales process and developing innovative, effective solutions.
Highly detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in data analysis and efficiency in sales processes.
Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics or Power BI for analyzing sales data and generating insights.
