Delivery Governance Leader

Role Overview

• Accountable for defining, operating, and continuously evolving the enterprise-wide delivery governance model for Digital initiatives.
• Serve as the Global SOX Coordination Lead for Digital and Technology delivery.
• Ensure that digital programs are delivered predictably, efficiently, and in alignment with business strategy.
• Act as a strategic bridge between strategy, execution, and assurance.
• Provide enterprise-level visibility and confidence to senior leadership by embedding strong governance, audit readiness, and risk management into day-to-day delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8+ years of experience in digital, technology, or transformation delivery.
• 6+ years in portfolio, program, or PMO governance within digital environments.
• 3+ years working with agile delivery at scale.
• 3+ years of experience working with SOX execution and coordination.
• Travel – upto 25% of the time for this role.
