- Define the technical scope and translate customer’s combat-system requirements into a modular architecture
- Drive combat system integration across the whole ship platform
- Lead Technical Authority team for CS system
- Manage technical risk and change
- Control documentation and quality
- Promote reuse and efficiency
Requirements
- Master of Science degree in Engineering
- Proven experience 5+ years as a Technical Project Manager or Lead Engineer on complex defence or aerospace systems
- Solid experience in system-of-system integration
- Strong systems-engineering mindset
- Ability to read block diagrams and understand hidden dependencies
- Ability to establish project scope using existing products and components
- Understand and align requirements from customer and other stakeholders
- English fluency is required
