Provide regulatory and administrative support to ensure the effective functioning of the Institutional Biosafety Committee (IBC)
Serve as a subject‑matter resource to investigators and institutional partners on IBC submission requirements and deadlines
Coordinate logistics for monthly IBC meetings, including agenda preparation and minutes
Train users in the IBC electronic submission system
Conduct follow‑ups with PIs and reviewers to ensure timely reviews
Track investigator and staff biosafety training

Minimum of 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in a research regulatory or compliance role
Demonstrated familiarity with IBC requirements, biosafety regulations, and regulatory review processes
Prior experience supporting biomedical or laboratory research environments preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational, time‑management, and prioritization skills
Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality
