About this role
Role Overview
- develop, maintain, and expand both internal and external relationships within a specified geographic territory
- dial out to Financial Advisors 40 times per day to educate them on investment lending products/strategies and assist in completing sales
- conduct meetings with advisors to drive sales and understand their practices
- educate advisors on how making use of investment leverage can solidify relationships and grow their business
- create and analyze sales data and reports to ensure sales goals are met
Requirements
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience in banking/insurance
- Minimum of 2 years previous experience with growing a client base
- Proven track record as a sales professional or high potential to become one
- Ability to analyze sales data and reports
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Power BI, and Adobe platforms is an asset
- Business planning and territory management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Banking, investment, and Insurance knowledge is an asset
- A strong passion for learning and development
- Bilingualism (English and French) is required
