Lead the technical architecture and evolution of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions, aligning technology with business objectives;
Serve as the team's point of reference for architecture decisions (patterns, integrations, data, security, and performance) and support discovery and solution definition;
Develop and evolve components and customizations in Apex, LWC and Flows, ensuring quality, testability, and maintainability;
Define and enforce development standards (code reviews, architecture guidelines, technical documentation, and best practices);
Ensure governance of access and profiles (permission strategy, access reviews, sharing design, and appropriate segregation);
Design and oversee integrations with business systems when needed, defining contracts, standards, monitoring, and failure handling;
Support and guide the team in resolving incidents and complex issues, performing troubleshooting and prevention;
Work in partnership with Product and Business teams to translate requirements into viable, scalable technical solutions;
Mentor developers, supporting technical growth, best practices, and team autonomy.
Requirements
Solid experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (data modeling, automations, and best practices);
Salesforce development with Apex, SOQL/SOSL and Lightning Web Components (LWC);
Experience with Flows (declarative automation) and designing automations that balance “clicks vs code”;
Access administration and governance: profiles, permission sets, permission set groups, roles, sharing rules, OWD and access policies (security by design);
Experience with integrations (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, events/asynchrony when applicable, integration patterns and error handling);
Salesforce architecture best practices (platform limits, performance, scalability, and observability);
Experience in a technical leadership role: leading design reviews, code reviews, development standards and mentoring developers;
Experience with Experience Cloud, Field Service, CPQ or other Salesforce products (as needed);
Experience with MuleSoft and/or integration layers/ESB;
DevOps practices in Salesforce (version control, CI/CD, environments, automated testing);
Knowledge/experience in Data Architecture on Salesforce (data modeling, data quality, governance);
Experience with enterprise CRM projects involving multiple integrated systems.
