About this role
Role Overview
Design, develop, and update training materials, including presentations, user guides, job aids, and e-learning modules
Conduct engaging and effective virtual and in-person training sessions for clients and internal teams
Assess training needs and tailor content and delivery methods to diverse audiences
Provide ongoing support and consultation to trainees
Collaborate with product development, implementation, and support teams
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments
Maintain expert-level knowledge of Modernizing Medicine's RCM software and industry best practices
Assist in the creation and maintenance of a knowledge base and FAQs
Travel as required to client sites for on-site training and support
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Education, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of experience in RCM training, implementation, or a related healthcare IT role
Proven expertise in Revenue Cycle Management processes
Strong understanding of medical billing and coding (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS)
Demonstrated ability to design and deliver engaging and effective training programs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in creating professional training documentation and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Certification in professional training or adult education is desirable
