Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- 3+ years leading complex, cross-functional programs or transformations
- Experience working with senior leaders and executives
- Strong ability to manage ambiguity
- Proven success driving collaboration across global teams
- Experience operating within a PMO-governed program management framework
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- PMP, Change Management, or related certifications preferred
