Senior Technical Solutions Engineer

Role Overview

• Own end‑to‑end triage and investigation of advertiser‑reported technical issues
• Escalate confirmed platform bugs to Engineering
• Develop into a subject‑matter expert for Universal Ads product domains
• Work closely with Sales to diagnose issues surfaced from advertiser conversations
• Partner with Product and Engineering for actionable improvements
• Build and maintain internal documentation

Requirements

• 3+ years in a technical role including solutions engineering, platform support, QA, or software engineering
• Comfort working with logs, data queries, and debugging tools
• Experience adapting internal technical findings into client‑appropriate messaging
• Strong technical foundation across SQL, Web based technologies (HTML5, Javascript)
• Familiarity with APIs
• Strong written communication
