Role Overview
Configure, document, test, modify and maintain software applications.
Assist in designing, verifying, and documenting software configurations.
Collaborate with hospital leadership, clinical department users, and IS.
Provide guidance and support to end-users to enhance the use of the Epic system.
Investigate and resolve issues relating to applications.
Use application management software to collect performance statistics.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
1 year of relevant experience.
No specific certification/professional license is required.
