Communicate with our customers and respond to their requests and questions (via chat, email and phone), from 08:00 to 20:00 Monday to Friday and from 09:00 to 18:00 on Saturday.
Provide support to our customers for their pets regarding our insurance products and enrollment.
Continuously optimize the customer experience based on customer feedback in collaboration with other departments at Lassie.
Participate in exciting projects related to customer satisfaction.
Requirements
You have prior experience in customer service, at a veterinary practice/clinic, or in a role with direct customer contact.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You work in a structured, detail-oriented way.
You can multitask—both advising our customers and supporting internal projects.
You are curious and always motivated to learn new things.
You are flexible, hands-on and motivated to work in a dynamic environment.
You enjoy working in a team and appreciate regular interaction with colleagues (French, Swedish and German).
You have a strong command of spoken and written French and basic English.
