Act as a thought leader in product design, mentoring other designers and contributing to a culture of innovation.

5+ years of experience in Product or User Experience Design with a strong portfolio showcasing design process.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and accessibility standards.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations.
Experience working in cross-functional teams, collaborating with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly and persuasively.
