In-person servicing of a client portfolio in the B2B segment, prospecting new business and presenting the product portfolio and providing customer service;
Sale of Mobile and Fixed-line telephony products, Digital Services, IT (including advanced solutions) and value-added services;
Monitoring channel
and portfolio-specific indicators: analyze, plan and execute activities to meet sales and quality targets;
Monitoring the transaction pipeline, identifying blockers, backlog and pending issues that could prevent or delay sales;
Management of daily reports to track sales;
Work to resolve critical situations through ongoing client contact and partnership with internal teams.
Requirements
Preferred: Bachelor's degree completed;
Required: experience in medium
and large-sized companies in the IT/Telecom market;
Commercial negotiation and contract-closing skills;
Experience presenting to clients and executives;
Knowledge of MS Office and market CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.);
Ability to learn and work with software and systems;
Knowledge of IT solutions (Data Center, Security, Cloud Computing and IoT) is a plus;
Experience in the Agribusiness market is a plus;
Commercial profile: drive to get things done and results-oriented;
Own vehicle and a valid driver's license (CNH).
