Contribute to production of investment memorandums
Research and analyse industry trends, competitors, and product characteristics to support product development activities
Prepare product presentations, proposals, and recommendations
Respond to inquiries from external business partners, as well as business partners across the organisation

Attained at least a notable grade (7.0 – 8.9) from a university (or equivalent) and have graduated by August 2026
Investment Management Knowledge & Interest: Academic background or demonstrated interest in Real Estate
Technical skills: Preferably have prior experience of coding such as VBA, and/or familiarity with Python and Bloomberg is a plus
Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex information into clear, concise written and verbal communications tailored to different audiences
Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in team settings
Critical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to understand business problems from multiple angles
Microsoft Office Proficiency: Strong competency with Microsoft Office
Initiative and Ownership: Track record of taking ownership of projects without constant supervision
Language Requirements: fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
