Role Overview
- Provide leadership and direction to financial shared service organization
- Ensure effective financial internal controls and accuracy of consolidated statements
- Lead and mentor diverse team of accounting managers and analysts
- Develop and implement strategy relating to Financial Shared Services functions
- Interact with internal and external auditors
- Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget
Requirements
- BA/BS in Accounting
- 8-10 years of strong financial management experience
- At least 4 years in a Shared Services Leadership role
- 3-5 years in a controllership type role supporting executive leadership at the CFO level
- Strong understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control principles including GAAP
- SAP S4/HANA and HFM familiarity a plus
