A university degree in computer science or an approved equivalent combination of education and experience
7–10 years of experience leading and supporting data analysis and migration initiatives for cloud-based/SaaS HR system implementations
3–5 years of hands-on experience in HR Reporting and Analytics, with a strong emphasis on statistical analysis and programming using R and/or Python
Delivers advanced analytics and reporting solutions through strong expertise in Workday Reporting and Power BI
Builds team capability by designing and delivering effective training, knowledge transfer, and practical guidance
Navigates complex, multi-system and multi-entity environments while contributing to high-priority, high-visibility initiatives
Collaborates effectively within Agile delivery teams on large-scale projects from analysis through implementation
Utilizes advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with solid proficiency in Word and PowerPoint to support analysis and communication
Demonstrates strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, adaptability, and continuous learning capabilities in fast-paced, changing environments.
