Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Work with TPMs to understand business needs and background context.
Convert business requirements into clear, detailed technical specifications and backlog items for the development team.
Design and support integration solutions.
Support API-based integrations with external vendors and resellers as well as internal platform services.
Help maintain and support our e‑commerce platform and related systems as part of a global, homegrown ERP environment.
Investigate and troubleshoot production issues, often using SQL to analyze data and understand root causes.
Partner with our site operations team to resolve system issues raised by resellers and customers, and provide technical insight to the development team.
Collaborate across business and technology teams.

1–3 years of relevant work experience in systems engineering, business systems analysis, software engineering, or a related technical role.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field.
Experience working with APIs (ideally RESTful) and integrating with third-party or internal services.
Practical experience with at least one of: Java or Python, and strong skills in SQL and relational databases.
Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical designs and documentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to dive into data to understand issues.
Clear, professional communication skills in English (written and verbal).
