Requirements
Degree or equivalent experience
Typically has 4+ years of professional experience
2+ years of experience in labor relations, specifically including contract negotiation preparation, grievance handling, and executing employee engagement strategies
Ability to manage by influence, good mobilizing skills
Solid credibility and great interpersonal skills to interact at all levels of the organization, with unions and external partners.
