Role Overview
- Convert product vision and strategy into clear system, functional, and technical requirements
- Uphold Agile and Scrum principles, owning and prioritizing the product backlog
- Develop and refine user stories, workflows, logic diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes
- Write crisp, unambiguous user stories, technical tasks, and clear acceptance criteria
- Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and feature complete review sessions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, systems engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Systems Engineer, or Product Owner
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proficiency in defining system-level requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
- Familiarity with SAFe, SDLC, and product lifecycle management processes
