Lead a team of Technical SMEs, providing technical leadership and hands-on expertise in reporting, data migration, integrations, and DevOps.
Involve in detailed design and execution of scalable reporting solutions while ensuring compliance with data governance requirements and adherence to security standards.
Be responsible for detailed design and execution of end‑to‑end data migration from legacy systems to modern platforms.
Develop the technical WBS covering infrastructure, environments, integrations, migration, application changes, and security.
Act as technical liaison with customer technical stakeholders for build, delivery and release matters.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones involved in product design and development.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or at least 10 years’ experience in a related field.
5+ years of experience in data engineering, reporting or data migration projects.
Proven experience as Technical Lead, Technical Delivery Manager or similar role in complex enterprise or healthcare programs.
Ability to lead cross‑functional technical teams and manage competing priorities.
Excellent leadership skills, problem-solving, communication and written/verbal communication skills, particularly communicating complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
Experience in Healthcare Information Systems, EHR/EPR platforms, or HL7/FHIR standards.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS)
