About this role

Support production deployment and release management activities for a cloud-based platform leveraging Salesforce, AWS services, and API-driven integrations.
Responsible for coordinating and executing application and infrastructure releases, maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Manage environment promotions, deployment automation, and release governance.
Ensure system stability, minimizing deployment risk, and maintaining consistency across integrated platforms.
Automate build, deployment, and environment provisioning processes.
Support Salesforce deployments including metadata and configuration changes using automated pipeline tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
4+ years of experience in DevOps, release engineering, or deployment management.
Experience managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps.
Experience supporting Salesforce deployments (metadata, environments, or pipeline tools).
Experience working with AWS services, including Lambda, API Gateway, and cloud-based environments.
Experience supporting API-based integration platforms.
Strong understanding of version control systems (Git).
Experience working within change management and release governance processes.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
