Immunology Specialty Sales Representative

Role Overview

• Help build and accelerate the AstraZeneca Immunology franchise in Canada.
• Collaborate with Regional Immunology Key Account Managers and National Immunology Team.
• Understand and analyze market dynamics and generate insights for brand growth.
• Build strategic plans to exceed sales performance expectations.
• Effectively communicate the scientific and clinical benefits of the products to physicians.
• Create strong relationships with Health Care Providers (HCPs).
• Develop and coordinate effective learning programs with KAM and medical teams.

Requirements

• University degree in Science, Health Sciences, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of specialty biologics pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Experience in Rheumatology and Lupus is a strong asset.
• Strong technical and digital capabilities to maximize an omnichannel approach.
• Ability to lead without authority and engage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills, able to align brand value propositions.
• Valid driver’s license, and ability to travel (including overnight stays up to 20% of the time).
• Fluency in oral and written English.
