Role Overview
- Achieve top-line sales targets based on division and local market goals
- Establish, develop, and maintain key relationships with end-user partners
- Teach and mentor local market team on End User development process
- Maintain and use SalesForce.com as a CRM and Planning tool
- Communicate successes and failures in a timely fashion
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields preferred
- 1
- 3+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing for Construction Supplies
- Proven track record delivering results
- Experience selling to high-level executives, C-Suite, and jobsite directors preferred
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills
- Valid Driver's License and physical ability to travel up to 50% within territory assignment
- Proficient in Microsoft applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
