Develop and execute strategic end-to-end marketing campaigns tailored to the solo & micro segments in the German market to drive acquisition and activation
Hands-on ownership of all campaign touchpoints: from briefing through landing pages, CRM flows, paid ads (Meta, LinkedIn, Google), SEO, partnerships to events — you’re not just a strategist, you execute
Work closely with Product Marketing, SEO, Digital Marketing, CRM, Partnerships and Sales to ensure coherent and effective campaigns — with clear, precise communication and fast decision-making
Manage paid channels together with our central team by providing clear briefs, analyzing performance and making strategic decisions — you understand SEA/SEO/paid social well enough to make informed trade-offs
Rigorously analyze campaign performance and adapt strategies: build budget models, calculate CAC/CPL/ROAS, and optimize funnel conversion with data-driven precision
Foster a creative and analytical approach by continuously exploring new channels and tactics to reach your audience — with a bias for action and a hunger to test and learn quickly
Requirements
Languages: Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
Experience: Hands-on experience developing and executing successful 360° marketing campaigns in the German market, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or similar B2B models. You have built campaigns yourself, not only advised or coordinated
Digital marketing depth: Deep operational expertise in SEA (Google Ads), SEO, paid social (Meta, LinkedIn), CRM automation, and landing page optimization — you can not only write briefs but also set up and optimize campaigns yourself
Analytical rigour: You build budget models, calculate CAC/CPL/ROAS/LTV, and make data-driven decisions with funnel discipline. You can answer follow-up metric questions precisely in interviews
Communication: Clear, precise, and to-the-point communication. You can explain complex topics in a structured and focused way — even under pressure
Project management: Top-tier project management skills enabling you to deliver complex projects on time and within budget
Stakeholder management: You proactively manage stakeholders, follow up independently, and push back when necessary — you’re not a passive coordinator but drive outcomes
Energy & drive: You bring high energy and an execution focus. You enjoy working in a fast-paced, demanding environment
