Confirm start details, orient candidates on assignment expectations, and send job site information.
Check in on day one and week one.
Build the relationship for redeployment and referrals.
Keep candidate records up to date in Bullhorn throughout the placement lifecycle.

Fluency in English and Spanish.
Must reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work.
Natural relationship builder — people enjoy talking to you and you listen well.
Self-directed — you manage your own day and hold yourself accountable without someone watching.
Comfortable on the phone — this is a high-call-volume role (50 calls/day minimum)
Curious about technology — you’re willing to learn new software and interested in how AI tools can make you more effective.
Positive attitude and genuine ambition to grow.
Experience in construction, trades, or any industry working with hourly workers (preferred).
Previous customer service, sales, or outreach experience where relationship-building was the core skill (preferred).
