You will be supported in developing your skills on our offerings by the Regional Sales Director, the Branch Manager, and the existing Account Manager.
You will therefore participate in the agency's commercial development across three areas:
SALES PROSPECTING
You will be responsible for taking the actions necessary to penetrate untapped sectors and to seek new prospects to expand Almond's client base, particularly among large accounts and mid-market companies.
In addition to your direct prospecting activities, Almond's referral partners will assist you in this task.
ACCOUNT DEVELOPMENT
You will be involved in strengthening existing relationships with known clients and contracting authorities.
You will prospect for new key contacts (CIOs, CISOs, Operations Managers, etc.).
As a true ambassador, you will promote Almond's offerings (fixed‑price engagements, technical support, software solutions) and develop them according to your clients' needs and emerging IT trends.
COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT
You will lead and contribute to drafting commercial proposals in collaboration with technical consultants:
Identifying challenges and objectives
Proposing approach, timeline, and budget estimates
Submitting and following up on proposals
You will organize and take charge of presentations, negotiations, and contract finalization.
You will respond to supplier qualification requests and RFPs from large-account clients: preparing qualification/RFP dossiers, conducting lobbying activities, and managing relationships with Procurement Departments.
Requirements
Good knowledge of the IT and cybersecurity landscape
At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
Degree from a business school / engineering school / equivalent university qualification
A positive mindset, willingness to take initiative, and a desire to contribute to the agency's success
