Maintains the HRIS databases by entering and verifying new and existing employee job and benefit related information.
Assists with various components of Health & Welfare administration, Retirement administration and general employment policy inquiries.
Responsible for addressing a wide range of customer questions in a timely and complete manner.
Maintains effective customer service skills to conform to service standards and measured goals.
Review/complete new hire, termination and employee change events in Workday.
Assists with benefits and retirement plans administration including enrollment, claims processing, billing reconciliation, wire transfers, COBRA administration, coordination with vendors.
Provides assistance for employee benefits, compensation and employment policy and procedure inquiries by phone or email.
Payroll Batch processing and Review; biweekly timecard review/support.
Participates and coordinates special annual assignments as necessary.
Requirements
Associates Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years related experience
Thorough understanding of Microsoft Windows products, specifically Excel and Word.
Requires strong organizational and time management skills.
Multi-state knowledge of laws, regulatory requirements and compliance rules.
Knowledge of Company policies/procedures and benefit packages or ability to learn.
