Build and enhance pricing models and methodologies for the segment;
Work with mutuality-based pricing, ensuring the correct calculation methodology and improving expected outcomes;
Ensure the financial performance of mutuality contracts by monitoring indicators and margins, verifying billings, and developing new strategies for the model;
Create and monitor statistical tests and tools to support decision-making in product pricing;
Monitor and analyze the product’s financial results, providing structured analyses and insights for decision-making;
Execute pricing strategy to identify optimal pricing scenarios aligned with business objectives;
Contribute to process improvements by proposing and implementing tools that facilitate information management and results analysis;
Identify more effective ways to present performance trends and propose improvements based on KPIs, as well as manage area processes to ensure governance and transparency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields;
Analytical mindset and strong logical reasoning;
Advanced Excel;
Knowledge of SQL;
Previous experience in pricing and revenue management;
Knowledge of R and/or Python is a plus;
Sense of ownership and business acumen.
