Overseeing the use and governance of associate assessment data
Advising Associate Recruiting leadership and key stakeholders on evaluation practices
Partnering closely with internal teams on large scale recruiting data initiatives
Supporting the continuous improvement of global assessment and selection practices
Promoting effective work practices and showing respect for others

Extensive experience in recruitment operations with a proven track record, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment
Strong understanding of recruitment practices and regulations across all jurisdictions in which Latham & Watkins LLP operates
Technical proficiency with recruitment technologies and assessment platforms
A bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience in legal recruitment or professional services
Supervisory experience in a related field, preferably
