Role Overview
- Lead Revenue Cycle operational transitions and continuous improvement initiatives
- Execute and improve R1’s operating model for customer transitions
- Partner with Customer Executive team
- Participate in R1 strategy development
- Own executive decisions regarding daily operations of each customer transition
Requirements
- At least 12 years of Operational experience
- At least 5 years in healthcare revenue cycle management
- At least 5 years of steadily advancing leadership roles
- Experience driving complex change
- Strong project management discipline
