Conduct discovery sessions to understand client marketing and SEO workflows and identify automation opportunities
Build custom automations, integrations, and data pipelines using Python and SQL
Own complex technical support escalations from issue triage through solution delivery
Collaborate with clients to refine workflows and drive adoption of AI-powered processes
Contribute to internal tools, reusable automation templates, and implementation documentation
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to improve customer outcomes
Requirements
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL with the ability to build automation workflows and integrations
Experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Implementation Specialist, Solutions Consultant, or Marketing Technologist
Knowledge of digital marketing workflows including SEO, content operations, or marketing automation
Ability to work directly with clients to translate operational needs into technical solutions
Prior remote work experience is required. Candidates must be fluent in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar platforms, and should ideally have worked with US or UK-based companies. Applications without this experience will not be considered.
