Execute high-volume outbound outreach via cold calls, email, and social channels
Qualify inbound leads and convert interest into sales-ready opportunities
Lead discovery conversations to assess prospect needs, pain points, and fit
Generate and schedule qualified meetings and product demos for Sales
Maintain accurate CRM records for activities, leads, and outcomes
Follow established sales processes, messaging, and qualification frameworks
Consistently meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and meeting targets
Requirements
3+ years of experience in BDR, SDR, or sales development roles (B2B, B2C, or both)
Proven comfort with high-volume outbound calling and multi-channel prospecting
Prior remote work experience, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies — non-negotiable
Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
Strong communication skills, resilience, and a results-driven mindset
Prior experience closing deals or carrying a full sales quota (preferred)
