- Utilizing logical models to ensure efficient and reliable database performance
- Designing and developing logical and physical layers for various databases
- Leading in handling data testing, reporting, backups and restorations
- Managing and maintaining data in all production and non-production databases and replication servers
- Providing technical assistance and mentoring staff on developing conceptual and logical database designs and physical databases
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Sciences related field or equivalent work experience
- 5 years
- Systems and programming experience required
- Proven skill with information technology in use at BCBST is required
- Proven analysis, design, and coding skills, and demonstrated success in leading large and complex projects
- Must be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical co-workers
