Handling tickets through the Service Desk system, providing first-level support to users.
Analyzing and resolving requests related to the Protheus ERP.
Remote support to restore IT operations and services.
Escalating tickets to the Support Analyst when necessary.
Developing training, manuals, and documentation of internal procedures.

Students from the 3rd semester onward in Information Systems or related fields.
We are looking for someone who is creative, communicative, and highly motivated to learn.
Knowledge of T-SQL or equivalent languages.
Experience with Protheus.
A plus if you are currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Technology or related areas.
