Creative Production Designer – Performance Marketing

Role Overview

• Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, marketers, and creative producers to translate campaign concepts into polished, on-brand assets.
• Own the end-to-end production of creative deliverables — from brief intake through final delivery — managing timelines and quality across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Contribute to building and maintaining scalable production systems including reusable templates, MOGRTs, and Essential Graphics components.
• Incorporate performance data and iteration feedback into the creative process to continuously improve asset effectiveness.
• Produce motion graphics, animated ads, and video content optimized for Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other digital channels.
• Apply brand guidelines and performance marketing best practices to ensure every asset drives engagement and conversion.
• Stay current with trends in motion design, ad formats, and emerging digital creative tools.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and video editing tools, with a portfolio demonstrating motion graphics and video production work.
• Experience working in Figma.
• Understanding of production workflows and performance marketing creative principles.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English, with ability to integrate feedback effectively.
• Nice to have: Experience with AI-powered creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, Sora, ChatGPT, Suno.ai).
