About this role
Role Overview
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for each business unit.
Analyze market trends, competition, and key-customer technology roadmaps.
Work with HQ and various Vital sites to determine pricing strategies and sales tactics.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the business unit leaders and sales team.
Set performance metrics and regularly assess and improve team performance.
Drive revenue growth by expanding the customer base and increasing sales.
Monitor and analyze sales metrics and KPIs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
Generate regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain product quality.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
Proven track record of successful sales leadership and achievement of revenue targets.
Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Knowledge of industry-specific trends and market dynamics.
Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.
Adept at managing budgets and financial performance.
