About this role
Role Overview
- Own the end-to-end development lifecycle — design, build, deploy, test and maintain scalable services capable of 50k+ image analyses per day.
- Make critical technical and architectural decisions and collaborate closely with DevOps teams.
- Contribute to R&D initiatives, including integrating GenAI technologies into our products and defining key technical and architectural approaches.
- Monitor and improve deployed solutions: optimize speed, stability and accuracy, troubleshoot production issues, and address scaling needs.
- Help design the specifications for the next major features of the platform.
- Mentor and coach team members.
Requirements
- Fluent in written and spoken French
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English
- 5+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years of professional experience with Python web frameworks for building server-side applications (Django, Flask, or similar)
- Professional experience with SQL and RDBMS technologies (PostgreSQL, SQLite, or similar)
- Experience with distributed systems and Docker
- Experience with Linux systems and bash scripting
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
