About this role
Role Overview
Plan, coordinate, and execute ABBYY Ascend, 3rd party events, industry tradeshows, and webinars, ensuring alignment with overall business and marketing objectives.
Manage all event logistics, vendor coordination, speaker coordination, platform setup, post-event follow-up and on-site/off-site support to ensure seamless execution.
Collaborate with internal teams to align event goals with broader marketing objectives.
Track and analyze webinar performance to optimize future sessions.
Support end-to-end execution of integrated email campaigns, including creating internal campaign briefs, content creation and performance tracking.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-impact campaign assets that are compelling, on-brand, and tailored to the unique needs of the APAC audience.
Develop clear and concise campaign briefs for internal and external stakeholders.
Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring timely delivery of services and adherence to agreed-upon terms.
Process invoices and ensure accurate tracking of marketing expenses, adhering to internal financial processes and timelines.
Work closely with the finance team to ensure budget alignment and resolve any invoicing discrepancies.
Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns and events, providing actionable insights to improve ROI.
Use data-driven approaches to optimize marketing efforts and achieve demand generation goals.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including revenue, marketing operations, product marketing and external agencies to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in demand generation, event marketing, or a related marketing role, preferably within the IT or software industry.
Proven track record of managing events, campaigns, and webinars end-to-end.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (Salesforce, Zoom, Jasper & Hubspot).
Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Meticulous and detail-oriented, committed to delivering high-quality work.
