Deliver against Ping Identity’s SEO and GEO strategy across traditional search engines and generative AI platforms, ensuring initiatives align with team and broader business priorities
Drive technical SEO initiatives, including site structure, internal linking, schema, performance, and indexation
Serve as the primary owner and point of contact for SEO and AI-enabled platforms, such as Conductor and AirOps, helping shape best practices and use cases
Identify opportunities to improve off-site visibility and authority across third-party platforms and industry sources
Partner closely with Web, Campaigns, and Product & Solution Marketing teams to support planning and execution
Analyze performance data and communicate clear insights, recommendations, and tradeoffs to stakeholders
Drive progress proactively, adjusting priorities in partnership as new opportunities or constraints emerge
Requirements
3+ years of direct SEO experience, with 5+ years of related digital marketing or performance marketing experience
Experience working in a B2B technology environment
Strong technical SEO fundamentals, including structured data and site performance optimization
Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, and common SEO platforms such as Conductor or Semrush
The ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to non-SEO audiences
A proactive working style, with the ability to move work forward and make decisions using imperfect information
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
