Customer Experience Manager

Role Overview

• Ensure consistency of processes and policies
• Manage the customer experience team
• Ensure order setup and materials dispatch matches customers’ needs
• Collect bid day info, manage and send quotes, create orders
• Support quality submissions for accuracy
• Collaborate with Operations staff to measure and ensure accurate scheduling and dispatching
• Coordinate policies and procedures with other District Customer Experience Managers
• Support District Sales staff with bidding, project tracking, and quote management
• Manage a designated portion of customers based on the criteria set forth by the District Sales Manager
• Balance administrative load with Operations Finance Managers

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4-year degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in dispatching in a similar industry
• 3+ years of experience in a customer facing role
• MS Office intermediate to high level required
• Bilingual (Spanish Preferred)
