About this role
Role Overview
- Lead development of core platform features across backend and frontend systems
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable platform functionality
- Write high-quality production code using Laravel, PostgreSQL, and Angular/TypeScript
- Own database design, performance, and data integrity in a multi-tenant SaaS environment
- Collaborate closely with Product, TPM, and Design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Debug and resolve complex cross-system issues involving editor state, persistence, and rendering
- Establish and maintain coding standards, architectural patterns, and engineering best practices
- Conduct code reviews and mentor developers to ensure clean, maintainable code
- Lead and coordinate work across backend and frontend engineers
- Contribute to architectural and infrastructure decisions
- Support and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
Requirements
- Strong backend development experience (PHP/Laravel preferred)
- Deep understanding of database design and performance optimization (PostgreSQL preferred)
- Experience building or maintaining multi-tenant SaaS platforms
- Comfortable working across the full stack
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Experience leading technical initiatives or guiding other engineers
