We are looking for a Growth CRM Specialist to lead strategic CRM projects at Riachuelo. This person will be responsible for driving growth through innovative initiatives, exploring new ways to engage our customers and create value for the business.
Responsible for monitoring CRM KPIs, raising questions and challenges to drive continuous improvement of actions;
Design and lead initiatives that boost results by connecting CRM strategies with the loyalty program;
Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and propose disruptive solutions;
Test and implement new approaches to communication, segmentation and automation;
Evaluate market trends and benchmark practices;
Work in partnership with product, marketing, data and technology teams;
Continuously measure and optimize the results of CRM actions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field;
Previous experience in CRM, digital marketing or growth;
Proactive and creative profile with strong execution skills;
Strategic mindset and ability to connect data to practical actions;
Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, Insider, etc.) and data analysis (SQL, Excel, Power BI, etc.);
Ability to work with agile methodologies and A/B testing;
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
