Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred
12+ years of relevant field or industry experience
Experience leading teams to modernize developer tooling, particularly with low code application platforms and GenAI related tools
Deep knowledge and experience of AI related development tools such as AI code assistants and agentic coding platforms
Practical knowledge and experience of low code application tools used within professional software development environments
Knowledge of leading vendors in the low code space; ability to identify benefits and potential risks
Strong organizational skills; ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high quality deliverables
Demonstrate excellence in research, writing ability and strong written/verbal proficiency
