You build and evolve our Data Platform.
You are responsible for its day-to-day robustness: you implement observability metrics, monitor performance, investigate alerts, and optimize our ingestion pipelines.
You have substantial latitude to identify improvement opportunities and propose them to the team, whether related to architecture, tools, or processes.
You will enable and enhance the work of Analytics Engineers and Data Analysts.
You are their go-to technical partner: you support them in data modeling and transformation.
You will review and challenge their SQL queries and help evolve their practices on the platform.
You develop concrete solutions: you write code, automate workflows, and connect external APIs with a constant focus on quality, testability, and readability.
You contribute to engineering as a whole: defining appropriate architectures, adhering to security and compliance best practices (GDPR), managing critical incidents, and writing actionable post-mortems.

Minimum 3 years of experience in data engineering or a similar role
Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Strong proficiency in Python, with a strong aptitude for data manipulation
Advanced SQL skills for data transformation and querying
Experience with an orchestrator (e.g., Airflow) and a transformer (e.g., dbt)
Good level of technical English
Experience or familiarity with Kubernetes (k8s) for deployment and infrastructure management (a plus)
Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (a plus)
Familiarity with GitOps practices (ArgoCD, Helm, versioning) (a plus)
Comfortable using generative AI tools (Claude Code, Copilot, etc.) as a day-to-day productivity aid (a plus)
Knowledge of data visualization tools (Metabase or equivalent) (a plus)
