5+ years of experience in product management or business analysis
2+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare technology industry
1+ years of experience in a leadership role managing multidisciplinary technical teams
strong understanding of software architecture (APIs, cloud) and the product development lifecycle
highly educated in a relevant scientific, technical, or business field
skilled in SAFe facilitation
ability to translate high-level scientific goals into concrete roadmaps
