Manager, Financial Performance Infrastructure – Transformation

Role Overview

• Oversee production of recurring executive reporting
• Lead the annual business planning, budgeting and business review production process
• Create and deliver timely financial reports
• Partner with firm leadership to deliver insights and recommendations
• Ensure data integrity across systems and reporting outputs
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for reporting processes
• Establish and evolve a center of excellence for FP&A

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of Financial Planning & Analysis
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience required
• Strong organizational skills
• Demonstrated project management experience
• Ability to prioritize, plan and multi-task work activities
• Experience implementing, supporting, or enhancing enterprise planning,
• Strong stakeholder management
• Strong verbal and writing communication skills
• Working knowledge of MS Excel; proficiency in MS Word and MS PowerPoint
• Proven ability to leverage AI technologies
